I serve as a Branch Manager, overseeing sales, training, and customer success departments in Taiwan. My focus lies in deepening client relationships, driving success for both customers and partners, and spearheading marketing initiatives to acquire new business opportunities.

Since joining the company in 2018, I have progressed from Taiwan Sales Manager to my current leadership role. During my tenure, I led pivotal organizational and cultural shifts centered on customer-centric innovation. These efforts resulted in the organization more than doubling its revenue, improving operating margins, and significantly outperforming the market.

I was appointed Branch Manager in November 2021 and hold an MBA from Western Michigan University.
